L-Ascorbate-2-phosphate is the steadiest ramification of VC in the market at the present. It has a good stability compare with normal VC in the condition of high temperature, high pressure, high moisture, air, illumination and mixing, grain making and storage.
Product point: Good stability
(1) Stability in the puffing feed producing
When the producing temperature is high up to 150℃ in the puffing feed, the efficient content of VC phosphate is still keep 81.4% above, so its stability is 2.42 times and 4.48 times higher than envelope VC and normal VC. VC phosphate is very suitable for puffing feed making.
(2) Stability in the fish grain feed making
The stability of VC phosphate is high up to 90.1% in the fish grain feed, but envelope VC and normal VC is only just 36.1% and 30.4%. As the result, VC phosphate has very higher stability in the fish grain feed making.
(3) Stability in the storage of premix
The test shows: the stability of VC phosphate is much higher than envelope VC and normal VC in the storage of premix with 30days, 60days, 90days.
(4) Stability in the water
The stability of VC phosphate is 93.0% after dipping in 20℃ water with 10mins, but the normal VC is only 19.6%; After 120mins, VC phosphate is decreasing to 74.1% and normal VC is 6.9%. The results shows VC phosphate has good stability in the water.
